You pay by the number of documents per month, not by users. Every plan contains the same features. Above the limit a buffer of 20 percent applies; after that I suggest the next plan to you in the cockpit, and the change only happens with your consent.

Why there is a second limit.
Every e-mail has to be examined for an invoice, including the ones that hold none. That examination costs computing time, so a message limit sits beside the document limit. It lies at twenty times the document limit and is hardly ever reached in everyday use.
The Pro plan.
From 499,00 € net per month. Scope and price are agreed between us, which is why no fixed figure stands there. Write to me
Annual billing.
You can set the billing period to twelve months and pay in advance. The amount lies 5 percent below twelve monthly fees. The contract renews by a further twelve months unless you cancel by the end of the period. The volume limits stay monthly limits (AGB § 6 (5)).

Look-back into your mailbox.
If you connect your mailbox, I will fetch older invoices as well on request. That is a one-off payment, not a recurring one, and it only works with a mailbox connection.

There is a group subscription for several clients, with one book per client. What the cut looks like depends on your firm, so I would rather talk it through in person.

You can switch at any time afterwards.
Payment details are entered at sign-up. After 7 days the plan you chose carries on, from 19,00 € net per month. Until then you can cancel at any time at no cost.
